Description :
  • Develop the strategic direction of our Paid Social offering to consistently drive results for our clients
  • Conduct 1:1’s and quarterly growth plans with your team, aligning their performance with the company goals and their personal goals
  • Communicate to your team with real-time, up-to-date learnings on what’s working well in their given area of specialty.
  • Provide your team with training & support related to other elements of the positions (communicating with account managers, communicating with clients, managing your team’s workload, etc.)
  • Manage a book of business yourself to keep your saw sharp, allowing you to drive innovation, both inside existing channels and into new channels.
  • Works with P&C to properly staff your department, managing proper bandwidth at all times.
  • Able to see marketing as a holistic view and coordinate with other consultants to ensure branding, messaging, and strategy align.
Requirements :
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • 5+ years of paid social ads experience
  • Experience in paid social ads for both ecommerce and lead generation
  • Evidence of developing a strategic direction for their team
  • Evidence of understanding client perspectives and applying the paid social products to meet client needs
  • Experience using thoughtful creative to reach and engage audiences
  • Have an up-to-date knowledge of paid social and what strategies are currently driving performance, holding any relevant certifications platforms that you oversee
  • Understand how to optimize for specific results (i.e. audience expansion vs creative testing for a lower CPL)
  • Understand business metrics & how they apply to a business’ marketing in order to make recommendations on strategy/budgets/etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools and reporting dashboards
  • Experience managing a budget or P&L
  • Strong evidence of personal adoption of Disruptive’s core values
  • Conducts quality, employee-focused 1:1s and quarterly growth plans
  • Evidence of adoption of company initiatives
  • Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills to foster a team environment
